Former Sommelier of the French Laundry Paul Roberts once said that Tamber Bey’s Merlot is how Merlot “should taste”. Almost Cabernet in style, this Merlot starts with big black fruit but settles into a smoothness that only a true Merlot can deliver.

Winemaker Derek Flegal uses a unique aging and barrel program for this wine, aging 60% of the wine for seven months in neutral oak and the balance in stainless steel. The use of oak barrels respects the elegance of the Sauvignon Blanc fruit, and it brings a unique character feeling and texture to the palate. 

Fermented and aged entirely in Stainless Steel, this new wine brings out and incredible bright and fresh sensation of the fruit.

Tamber Bey's estate-grown Chardonnay is a unique wine for Napa. This Dijon-clone Chardonnay is barrel fermented and barrel aged for 15 months in French oak.

Our original Signature Collection wine, first released in 2002, is all about the Oakville AVA. The dense, cane-pruned vines deliver the full impact of the Oakville soil into the body of this wine.

Tamber Bey's estate-grown Bordeaux-blend wine, Rabicano (pronounced Rab-i-kawno), is a masterful blend that exhibits the unique traits of the Deux Chevaux Vineyard, a strong core of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with the bolstering power of Petit Verdot and Malbec, and the aromatics of Cabernet Franc.
