A silky palate is accompanied by flavors of black cherry, plum, and baking spices with an elegant finish. The palate is long and silky with a depth of black fruit flavors, pierced by bright rays of red stone-fruit and structured with toasted barrel notes. Firm tannins hold the fruit and oak in balance through the long finish.
An excellent match with roasted turkey, duck cassoulet, or fall vegetables.
