Palate

The 2014 Reserve Cabernet exhibits lush, dark fruits with a slightly more tannic structure than the Estate Cabernet, developing into a powerful yet elegant wine. The result is a big, lush wine with well-integrated tannins that provide a sturdy backbone for this age-worthy Cabernet.

Aging

After aging for 20 months in 75 percent new French oak, the Reserve wine gets put back onto new French oak for 10 more months.
