It has a creamy texture with rich fruit
flavors of melon and pineapple, all of which are
balanced by fresh acidity and flinty minerality.

Low yields in 2015 resulted in beautifully
concentrated and complex wines.

6 months in 51% Neutral Oak,
49% Stainless Steel.
