Nose
Blueberry and floral notes with hints of jasmine tea.
Palate
Firm with a mix of spice, fresh-turned earth, dried berry and sage. Maintains focus and fine balance, ending with crushed rock and tobacco. Should gain with time.
Winemaking
Each vineyard block is vinified separately. Like the traditional method in Bordeaux, the wines are assessed in January with final blending done in March.
Aging
Aged in French oak barrels, 50% new, in our underground wine caves for 22 months.
