Palate
This wine is full-bodied, rich, has intense and delicious flavors, and has the most structure and deepest color of all the Peak wines. Complex, with a mix of spice, loamy earth, dried herb and berry accompanied by a touch of sage and chicory, and ending with a drying aftertaste.

Intense, concentrated ruby.
