Nose

The exquisite nose reveals a dense mix of aromas of black cherry, blueberries, blackberries and floral with a subtle, sultry smokiness.

Palate

It evolves on the mid-palate with beautifully textured layers of concentrated black bramble fruits, black currant, dark and dense cocoa nibs, and slate. Those full layers of textures are complimented by the signature Roy well-integrated, silky tannins and great purity which linger on the palate.

Bottling

No fining or filtration before bottling. Bottled February 10, 2017.

Crushed into open top fermenters.
