Growing Conditions

The 2023 growing season was one of the longest of the past decade. Marked by a long stretch of mild and consistently sunny weather, this extended season promoted even ripening with a unique complexity specific to the vintage.

Harvest

Our team waited to begin harvesting until the end of September and picked our last fruit in the second week of November, providing prolonged hang time for the grapes to develop maximal flavors.

Winemaking

Inoculated, varietals fermented on skins 12-14 days in both open top and close top stainless steel tanks. 100% Malolactic fermentation.

Aging

20 months in French and American oak barrels (98% French, 2% American, 75% new)
