Aromatics consist of Montmorency cherry, lavender, wintergreen, clove, asian spices and warm stones.
The palate is finesse-driven and elegant, yet deep and flavorful, with depth and resonance. The tannins are fine and elegant, framing the palate to produce a long finish.
Sadly, we have only 50 cases of this gem, produced from a blend of our cool-climate Sonoma Coast sites.
