Nose
Aromas of blueberry, marionberry liquor, white and black peppercorn, rosemary, dried thyme and plum flowers fill the glass.
Palate
Deep layers of earthy black and blue fruits, grilled bread and sassafras give flavor while the usual full-blown, voluminous palate are pure pleasure.
Growing Conditions
In 2013, we had the opportunity for true ripeness, voluptuous texture and real structure. The result is great length and more openness on the palate.
