Nose

Palate
The palate immediately hits you with both density and a fat, voluminous feel, framed by fine tannins that allow the flavors to expand into a lush, long finish.
Winemaking
Darker and richer than past releases, we went for major complexity of flavors and deep concentration, while retaining Ritual’s trademark elegance, fruit and aromatics. Rare Mourvedre forms the core of the wine here, while old vine Carignane and Petite Sirah from the Frediani Vineyard contribute an added depth and creaminess.
