Winemaking

The clone 115 brought a delicious core of black cherry and baking spice, while the Old Wente Pinot contributed elements of rose petal and lychee and assorted floral characteristics. Pommard clone is the icing on the cake, yielding a wine of depth, focus and length with dark sweet fruits, balanced by vibrancy and beautiful floral aromatics. The wine was fermented with native yeast.
