Growing Conditions
Planted in gravelly clay loam at 300 feet elevation on the Dry Creek Bench, these old Petite Sirah vines date back to pre-prohibition.
Aging
19 months in French Oak.

Mouth-coating yet silky tannins that pair greatly with the bold flavors of beef, or pork tenderloin, venison, and leg of lamb with mint jelly.
