Palate
Full-bodied, and rich, with complex flavors of spicy toast, cedary Oak, melon, and a finish of green apple and green pear that have a floral, flinty edge.
Winemaking
Our Chardonnay is whole cluster pressed, settled overnight, racked to barrel and inoculated with yeast and fermented in barrel. 65% Malolactic fermentation and Sur lie aged for 5 months.
Aging
9 months in 100% French oak, 25% new.
Appearance
Bright, yellow golden color.
