The finished wine is rich and ripe, with bright black fruit flavors of cherry and plum, a hint of warm herbs and plushy texture.
Growing Conditions
Our beautiful estate vineyard on Gehricke Road is the view you see from the tasting room windows – steep slopes striped with horizontal rows of grapevines ending at the edge of a dense mountain forest. Merlot gets nicely ripe here in the warm climate of Sonoma Valley.
