Growing Conditions

The fruit for this wine was selected for the port because of its intense flavor profile. This wine was crafted in the traditional Portuguese style and aged for 8 years in French oak barrels in our Winery’s Caves. Before primary fermentation finished, the wine was fortified with brandy to preserve some of the natural sugar from the grapes making it an ideal wine to pair with your favorite chocolate dessert.
