The 2016 Chenin Blanc leads in with fresh crisp granny smith apple, passion fruit and fresh fig. The palate is crisp and fresh with notes of citrus zest and a refreshing minerality on the palate.
Our vineyards in the north eastern hills above Napa yield rich yet fruit forward wine which is expressed from the terroir and climate. The terroir being pleaston loam with areas of Bressa-Dibble Complex giving the vine all the nutrients they need to yield exceptional fruit. The climate is warm and sunny with nice cool evenings and morning to yield the grapes to hang on the vine long enough to ripen and develop making this wine exceptional.
