Aromas of muddled cranberries, cherry pie, violets, and hints of nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla.
Plush tannins give Province structure while bright acidity refreshes the palate with flavors of dark cherry, raspberry, plum and strawberry jam.
Blending is the ultimate expression of winemaking. Although the Province is intended to be a fun and versatile wine, quite a bit of finesse is required to yield the final blend. Slightly more than half of this proprietary blend is comprised of current vintage white varietals with the balance of the profile determined by the addition of barrel aged red wine.
This deep ruby wine emits a gorgeous floral bouquet.
This proprietary blend is perfect for barbecues, lazy Sundays, Thanksgiving dinner or any occasion when red wine seems like too much and white wine not quite enough.
