Growing Conditions
The 2013 growing season provided ideal conditions from start to finish. No frost and a warm, dry spring brought early bud break and even flowering and fruit set. Summer provided warm sunny days and cool nights with only a couple of heat spikes in June. The harvest of 3.6 tons was one of our earliest on September 16, 2013.
Bottling
Bottled on May 8, 2015.
