Nose
Upon first inhale, you'll be struck by scents of cinnamon, mulling spices and black plum jam.
Palate
On the palate there is a linear, focused, fresh bing cherry-like acid complemented by notes of mocha, candied blood orange peel and toasted almond. The tannins are chalky, fine and delicate on the finish.
