Palate

The rich, concentrated mouthfeel, soft aromas of ripe melon and stone fruit, and bright acidity, produce a satisfyingly complex wine you’ll enjoy the moment you pour it.

Growing Conditions

Padis Vineyards lies in the picturesque hillsides of Napa Valley’s Oak Knoll district, overlooking a sweeping view of the Valley below. Located in a sweet spot between Napa’s warmer upper-valley appellations to the north, and the cooler Los Carneros region to the south, Padis Vineyard vines thrive in an ideal climate with early morning fog, warm days and cool nights. The majority of the 15 acres planted to Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah were cultivated to viticulture specifications developed for Padis Vineyards.

Padis Chardonnay is a classic full-bodied, oak barrel-fermented standout from grapes sourced from the cool Carneros region.
