Michael Muscardini's Sweet Vermouth is made by infusing our Pinot Grigio with 26 botanicals to give it a complex aroma (see the list below). Grape syrup is then added to give it a dash of sweetness. After the botanicals are infused, grape brandy is blended into it bringing it from 13% alcohol to 17%.
