Nose
The aromas are of blue fruits, violets, cardamom, ground espresso, smoke and roasted walnuts.
Palate
Flavors include rich and elegant notes of blueberry, boysenberry, ripe blackberry, dried lavender, dark chocolate with herbs and fresh ground black pepper.
Growing Conditions
This two acre vineyard is only one mile from downtown Sonoma and is all head pruned. The grape clusters mature slowly in Sonoma’s Mediterranean climate, a combination of warm days and breezy nights. The result is a lovely wine with big, ripe and juicy flavors.
