Nose
This wine has a pleasant, yeasty toastiness on the
nose, complemented by aromas of golden delicious
apples, orange and Meyer lemon.
Palate
The delicate mousse is
followed by soft and creamy vanilla, apricot and apple
notes. The bright acidity leads into a long finish, accented
with hints of fresh bread and honey.
Growing Conditions
While Chardonnay is the most common varietal used in
sparkling wine, this Sparkling Chardonnay is anything
but ordinary. Crafted in collaboration with the entire
Mumm Napa winery team, this wine is comprised
exclusively of Chardonnay grapes, selected from our best
lots, from an exceptional vintage.
