wine’s arrival, giving way to a silky mid-palate suggesting lemon custard lightly drizzled atop lightly toasted
brioche.With a delicate acidity that lends a refreshing minerality, the wine is barrel-fermented and aged 19
months in 39% new French (Burgundian) oak, resulting in a pleasing plushness that rounds to a complete,
satisfying finish.
