Characterized as a nearly perfect year by growers and winemakers alike, the 2012 vintage yielded fruit of optimal ripeness while maintaining the acidity critical for balance and maturing potential. The fruit for Afl eet was harvested on October 10th, 2 weeks earlier than in the cooler 2011 vintage.
