The 2014 Redwood Valley Zinfandel has wonderfully clear ripe plum right down to that slight zing of acid. The broadness and consistency of the palate are hallmark signs of these old vines that also add distinct raspberry and boysenberry flavors. The finish is complex and yet soft with hints of plum, vanilla oak and cedar.
