Growing Conditions

Our first production from Yountville, still maintains the crisp style of Chardonnay that we like to make. The lovely bouquet and fresh palate was accomplished by stainless steel fermentation and less than 10% of the wine ageing on neutral French oak. A delicious, light and fruity wine that will accompany shellfish, simple salad or just enjoy by the pool or at the beach.
