Palate

This crisp and vibrant white wine has a full of fresh fruit flavors such as citrus, grapefruit, peach, and a hint of tropical fruits.

Winemaking

The grapes were picked by hand at the peak of ripeness and then gently whole cluster pressed into juice using a membrane press. We then chilled, settled, and racked the juice into stainless steel tanks for cold fermentation at 50 degrees fahrenheit. The fermentation went slow and it took three weeks in order to preserve the fresh aromas and wonderful fruit flavors.

Aging

70% of the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks and 30% was aged in neutral French oak barrels.
