Our blend is balanced and highlighted with bright fruits such as dark cherry and red currant.

Winemaking

The ripened grapes were hand-picked. The grapes were de-stemmed with a portion of the whole berries left intact, fermented with inoculated yeasts, and pumped over daily. After completion of fermentation the wine received a short extended maceration and was gently pressed. Malolactic fermentation followed pressing and the wine was then transferred to French oak barrels for aging. The wine was racked 5 times during aging.
