Nose
Our Red Wine Blend showcases bright aromas of dark cherry, red currant, and cassis.
Palate
The vibrant dark berry flavor is balanced with supple, natural acidity. Soft, round tannins are responsible for smooth texture and pleasant, spicy oak notes make the finish attractive.
Winemaking
The ripened grapes were hand-picked. The grapes were de-stemmed with a portion of the whole berries left intact, fermented with inoculated yeasts, and pumped over daily. After the completion of fermentation, the wine was gently pressed and then transferred to French oak barrels for aging. The wine was racked multiple times during aging.
