Nose
This Sauvignon Blanc has fresh aromas of lime, grapefruits, pear, and orange with a hint of tarragon notes.
Palate
It is vibrant on the palate with intense stone fruit flavors. Supple acidity lingers long into the elegant finish.
Winemaking
The grapes were picked by hand at the peak of ripeness. The winery gently pressed the grapes into juice using a membrane press. The juice was then chilled, settled, and racked into stainless steel tanks for fermentation.
Aging
After the fermentation, the wine was aged in a stainless steel tank for 10 month with lees.
Appearance
Brilliant straw yellow in color.
