At the first sip, vibrant citrus flavor expands on the palate. Refreshing, natural acidity melts into the flavor and lingers in the elegant finish.
The grapes were picked by hand at the peak of ripeness. The winery gently pressed the grapes into juice using a membrane press. The juice was then chilled, settled, and racked into stainless steel tanks for fermentation.
After the fermentation, the wine was aged in a stainless steel tank for 8 month with lees.
