Nose
Our Cabernet Sauvignon reveals intense aromas of cassis, blackberry, and dark cherry.
Palate
The matured dark berry flavor expands on the palate and supple oak notes such as cedar, cocoa, and cinnamon melt into the seductive finish. This wine is complex and well-balanced.
Winemaking
The ripened grapes were hand-picked. The grapes were de-stemmed with a portion of the whole berries left intact, fermented with inoculated yeasts, and pumped over daily. After completion of fermentation the wine received a short, extended maceration and was gently pressed. The wine was then transferred to French oak barrels for aging. The wine was racked multiple times during aging.
