Nose

This Pinot Noir has a layer of beautiful aromas such as dark cherry, raspberry, rose petal as well as seductive bouquets of cinnamon and caramel.

Palate

Intense layers of berry flavors quickly expand on the palate. Supple, matured acidity lifts the mid-palate while nuanced spicy oak notes melt into the seductive finish.

Bottling

The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Winemaking

The grapes were hand-picked in the night at the peak of ripeness. 15% of whole clusters were mixed with whole berries and the must went through cold soak for 5 days. During the fermentation, gentle extraction of grape flavors, tannins, and color were attained by the mixture of punchdown and pumpover two to three times daily.

Aging

Following fermentation, the wine was aged in 100% French oak with 60% new oak for 14 months.
