Nose

This Pinot Grigio is crisp and fruit forward. It has fresh aromas of pear, lime, green apple, and a hint of honeysuckle.

Palate

Refreshing stone fruit flavor expands on the palate, bright acidity lifts the mid-palate and provides a lively finish.

Winemaking

The grapes were picked by hand in the night to secure quality. At the winery, the whole clusters were gently pressed with the Champagne press method of a membrane press. The juice was then chilled, settled, and racked. 80% of juice was fermented in a stainless steel tank for cold fermentation in order to retain the Pinot Grigio's fruit forward characters, while 20% went through barrel fermentation with neutral oak to enhance rich mouthfeel. At the end, the two portions were blended together.
