Palate
The fruits on the palate are more citrus in tone than tropical and are complemented by white flowers and mint. By dialing back the new oak back, and blocking malolactic fermentation we provide a rounded lift to the finish that gives the wine a completeness that is missing in many other Sauvignon Blancs
