Nose
perfumed notes of musk and black plum to brooding mission fig surprisingly layered with fruity red licorice.
Palate
On the palate we find black tea, clove and ripe blackberry. An imposing structure of medium to high acidity and gritty tannins will allow this wine to age for seven to ten years in your cellar. The long finish tinged with leather and sweet spice make for an appealing wine even in its youth.
