Nose
The 2012 shows the pretty floral notes (lavender) that are typical of our estate, along with hints of vanilla.
Palate
On the palate the wine reflects the generosity of the 2012 vintage. It is balanced and lush with ripe black berry and cassis fruits, and a hint of mocha.
Winemaking
The wine was fermented in 4 ton Taransaud Oak tanks.
Aging
Aged in 100% new French oak for 19 months.
Appearance
Visually the wine is a dark scarlet color and completely opaque.
