Growing Conditions
The 2012 vintage was very generous. With good set, a long sunny growing season, no heat spike, and no late rains, we got to pick exactly when we wanted to.
Aging
Barrel aging on lees in French oak (60% new) augments the rich textural profile that is the hallmark of our Chardonnay.
