One the palate this wine displays a complex array of flavors as it slowly starts to open up. Initially showing flint, jasmine, Asian pears and a touch of Bee’s wax, these flavors give way to honeysuckle, cut hay and peach. Underlying nuances of toasted coconut and hibiscus give the wine depth and layers. The phenolic structure of the wine shows well, which alongside the fruit acidity give the wine a lovely full finish.

Bright and Meyer lemon color.
