Nose
The nose is classic RRV pinot as well, with bright red fruit balanced by notes of earthy forest floor and a hint of smoke.
Palate
In the mouth, the crisp acidity and modest tannin level give the wine immediate appeal and approachability. It is wonderfully round on the palate with cranberry and cherry fruit well balanced with darker earthy and cola notes.
