The nose is true and fresh with no hint of green grass or cat pee, which we consider defects in so many Sauvignon Blancs, caused by stressed yeast and and poor techniques.
Palate
Bright yet rich in flavors of tropical fruit, grapefruit and citrus.
Growing Conditions
The vineyard sits in a low cool spot in the valley, perfect for SB.
Food Pairing
Our favorite pairing is Sole with bur blanc sauce. It will also pair nicely with a lemon juice dressing salad and will even compliment Asparagus.
