A brief history
Renaissance women who came from a family of wealth and nobility. Well educated and worldly, they learned about the finer things in life including WINE. Aside from their beauty, it was their wit that set them apart from regular women. They became the companions at social events to men of wealth and power. They were the mistresses of Kings!
The Napa Valley produces the finest Cabernet Vineyards in the world and no other AVA is more renowned than Oakville. As our line has expanded to include fruit from additional famed vineyards such as Stagecoach and Carpenter, at the heart of our production is our Oakville Cabernet that includes vineyards from the land our winemaker grew-up playing among. The craft and care is evident in the attention to detail; truly wine made with heart.
