Growing Conditions
The fruit was sourced from the Cira Vineyard in the Estrella district of the Paso Robles AVA. Grower Fred Esposito has been farming his vines organically for decades, resisting the use of pesticides or ripening agents on his fruit long before organic wines became de rigueur.
