Palate

This combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir has bright crisp flavors of lemon and green apple. Tiny bubbles race to the surface of your glass waiting to tantalize your palate. Lovely aromas of toasted bread waft the nose and are followed by crisp, bright citrus flavors.

Growing Conditions

Southern Sonoma (Chardonnay): rocky soil, fog-covered, long ripening season. Sonoma Coast (Pinot Noir): shallow hillsides to deep, rich valleys, fog-covered throughout the growing season.

Winemaking

The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were fermented separately, to choose the best blend percentages, settled for 24 hours, chilled to 50 degrees and fermented cold in the bottle for a fresh, crisp vibrancy.
