Flavors of raspberry, ripe plum and mocha with a touch of spice spread across the palate. Well-balanced acidity, soft tannins and full body make this wine delightful upon release but will also age well for the next 10+ years.
Bottled unfiltered.
The wine was fermented in closed-top fermenters with extended maceration.
100% French Oak, 50% new for 21 months.
