Palate
Our 2014 Ida’s Selection Pinot Noir presents a complex palate with flavors of rich fruit, vibrant strawberry and a touch of earthiness. The mouthfeel is silky with soft tannins and a full, long body and bright acidity with a delightfully lingering finish.

Bottled unfiltered.
Winemaking
The grapes ripen under the optimally-balanced conditions and are hand-harvested at the peak of ripeness. After being hand harvested at night, the wine fermented in small, one-ton open top fermenters with hand punchdowns.
Aging
Aged for 10 months in 100% French oak, 30% new.
