Growing Conditions

Our 2012 Barrel Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from many different high quality AVA’s throughout the Napa Valley. With the wide range to choose from we then were able to pick high quality barrels from each one. The large percentage of high elevation AVA’s in the blend brings incredible depth and high concentration. Atlas Peak has rocky, volcanic soil which allows the grapevines to focus on producing concentrated and flavorful wines. The addition of some valley floor vineyards brings the wine together to balance the concentration with vibrant acidity.
