Nose

with a beautiful bouquet.
Palate
The palate surprises with a more traditional pink grapefruit citrus
that defines the varietal character. Crisp and lean, we find a multi-dimensional sauvignon
blanc that shows layers of citrus peel, melon, pineapple and a hint of lemongrass. The acidity
is energizing but doesn’t overpower
Aging
7% Barrel fermented in 2% new French oak
Appearance
very pale color and an
elegant green tint.
